At Nati, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
